Terms of Use

Last updated 22 August 2026

These terms cover this website only. Any actual project we do together is governed by a separate signed agreement, and where the two disagree, that agreement wins.

1. Who these terms are with

This website at https://khanlogics.com is operated by KhanLogics ("we", "us"), based in Karachi, Pakistan. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this website is

Informational. It describes our services and shows systems we have built. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract. Prices, timelines and capabilities described here are indicative; a binding scope and price comes only from a written proposal we have signed.

3. Our work shown on this site

The five systems described under Solutions are our own products, built by us. They are presented as products and reference implementations, not as client case studies, and we label them that way deliberately. Where we publish a client case study in future it will be identified as one and published with that client's written consent.

Every screenshot, sample document and demo record on this site uses generated data. No real customer, student, member, patient or employee record appears anywhere on this site.

4. The live extraction demo

Using the demo, you agree that:

  • It is provided for demonstration only, with no warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for any purpose. Do not rely on its output for any accounting, tax, legal or financial decision.
  • You have the right to upload whatever you upload, and you will not upload anything unlawful, malicious, or containing personal data you are not entitled to share.
  • Your document is transmitted to a third-party language-model provider for processing. We store nothing, but that transmission does occur — see the privacy policy.
  • It is rate limited and subject to a total usage ceiling. We may change those limits, or withdraw the demo, at any time and without notice.
  • You will not attempt to circumvent the rate limits, automate access to it, or use it as a production service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the site or its endpoints in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure
  • Introduce malware, or attempt to interfere with the site's availability
  • Scrape, mirror or systematically extract the site's content for republication
  • Use automated tooling against the API endpoints beyond ordinary browsing

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, design, code, diagrams, brand and logo — belongs to us and is protected by copyright. You may read it, link to it, and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not republish it substantially, or present it as your own.

This has no bearing on work we do for clients. Under our standard client agreement, the code and deliverables of a project transfer to the client on payment. That is a term of the engagement, not of this website.

7. Third-party links

We link to third-party sites — Cal.com for booking, LinkedIn, GitHub, and others. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

8. Availability

We make no promise that this site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including the demo, without notice.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

This clause does not limit our obligations under a signed client agreement, which contains its own liability terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the current one, and it applies to use of the site from the date it is published.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Client agreements may specify a different governing law, agreed in writing.
