Embedded engineers
Engineers who join your standups, your board and your repository, and who work to your process rather than reporting into a parallel one.
Senior engineers embedded with your team, at your cadence — with the person who writes the code being the person you talk to.
What it covers
Engineers who join your standups, your board and your repository, and who work to your process rather than reporting into a parallel one.
We commit to a defined overlap window with your working day and publish it. For European clients that is most of the day; for US Eastern it is a solid morning block; for US Pacific it is a genuine constraint we will discuss honestly rather than paper over.
Your Slack, your issue tracker, your review process. No account manager relaying messages, and no ticket queue between you and the person writing the code.
Senior input on design decisions, and review capacity for your existing team — often the highest-value part for teams whose seniors are stretched.
Where the need is a skill rather than headcount — .NET performance work, an AI pipeline, a data migration, a security review.
Everything we build is documented as we go, so an engagement can end without a knowledge cliff.
Who it's for
Engineering teams that need senior capacity quickly, or a specific capability they do not have in house, and who want engineers rather than an outsourcing relationship mediated by account management.
We would rather lose the project than take one we are the wrong firm for.
What you get
This list goes into the proposal. If something is not on it, it is not in scope — and we would rather argue about that now than in month three.
Timeline & engagement
Typically starting within two weeks, subject to availability.
Enough to own a workstream end to end rather than assisting with one.
A specific skill for a specific task — performance, AI pipeline, migration, security review.
A fixed monthly rate per named engineer at an agreed allocation. No hourly timesheets, because billing by the hour rewards the wrong thing.
Best for: Ongoing capacity needs.
A defined number of days per week from a senior engineer.
Best for: Architecture input and review capacity rather than build throughput.
A bounded piece of specialist work at a fixed price.
Best for: A specific gap with a clear finish line.

Named people, whose backgrounds you see and who you speak to before you commit. We do not sell senior engineers and staff the work with juniors — it is the single most common complaint about outsourced teams and the easiest thing to simply not do. If we do not have the right person available, we say so rather than substituting.
Completely. We are a small senior team, and that is the offer — you get people with real experience and direct access to them. If your project needs thirty engineers, we are the wrong firm and we will tell you in the first call rather than the third.
We are in Pakistan Standard Time, UTC+5. That gives near-full overlap with Europe, the Gulf and the UK; a solid morning overlap with US Eastern; and a genuinely constrained one with US Pacific. We publish the overlap window we will actually keep rather than promising availability we cannot sustain.
Nothing changes. Work happens in your repository, in your infrastructure, under your process, documented as it goes. There is no dependency on us to keep it running, and the handover plan is agreed at the start rather than negotiated at the end.
That is the intended mode. The most successful engagements have our engineers taking a workstream inside your process, participating in review in both directions, and being treated as team members rather than as a vendor. Engagements where the outside team is isolated tend to produce work that does not fit.
A 30-minute call, no slide deck. We will tell you whether this is worth building, whether an off-the-shelf product would serve you better, and roughly what it would take.
