Five operational systems, each built end to end
They are all the same thing underneath: software that runs a business day to day — enrollment, billing, inventory, pipeline, invoicing — with AI applied to the boring parts. Every page below publishes the roles table, the architecture and the trade-offs we made.
- Real architecture, published
- Roles and permissions in full
- Seeded demo data only
- You own the source
Operations
Systems that run the floor
Coaching Center Management System
Fee defaulters, attendance and result cards in one place instead of five registers.
One system for enrollment, fee cycles, attendance, exams and parent communication — for academies that have outgrown registers and Excel.
Gym Management System
Every membership has a state, every state has a rule, and the front desk stops guessing.
Memberships, check-in, billing and trainer scheduling in one system — with the freeze, grace and pro-rata rules that cause every front-desk argument handled explicitly.
Revenue
Systems that bring the money in
Custom CRM
A pipeline that matches your real sales process instead of the one your CRM assumes.
A sales pipeline shaped around how your team actually sells — for companies whose process does not fit a generic CRM, and who would rather own the code than rent the seats.
Ecommerce Operations Platform
Orders, stock and couriers in one system instead of three tabs and a WhatsApp group.
The back half of an online store — orders, inventory, fulfillment and courier integration — for retailers whose operations have outgrown their platform.
Back office
Systems that stop the retyping
FAQ
Before you click into one
Are these products you sell, or client projects?
They are systems we built ourselves — working software with real architecture behind it, not client case studies. We say so plainly because a new company claiming five client success stories does not survive the first reference check. As clients come on board and consent, real case studies will appear alongside these.
Can we buy one off the shelf?
Close to it. Each system can be deployed largely as it stands, and in practice most engagements adjust the parts where your process genuinely differs — fee rules, membership policy, approval chains. The deployment timeline on each page shows both paths.
Do we own the code?
Yes. Source in your repository, database in your cloud account, no per-seat licence, no export restrictions. If you stop working with us the system keeps running and someone else can maintain it.
What if our need is not on this list?
That is the common case rather than the exception. These five exist because they are the domains we know deeply enough to have built for already. The underlying work — operational systems with roles, money, workflow and reporting — is the same regardless of industry.
None of these are quite it?
That is normal. Most of our work starts as a process nobody has built software for yet. A 30-minute call is usually enough to tell whether it is worth building at all.
