Roughly four weeks of work. Below that the overhead of doing it properly — discovery, scope, deployment, handover — outweighs the build, and you are usually better served by a freelancer or an off-the-shelf tool. We will say so.

Do you work with clients outside Pakistan?

Yes — the Gulf, the UK and Europe mostly, and US Eastern where the morning overlap works. We are on UTC+5 and we publish the overlap window we will actually keep rather than promising round-the-clock availability we cannot sustain.

Will you tell us if we should not build custom software?

We do it regularly, and it is one of the few things that genuinely distinguishes a firm in this market. If your process fits an off-the-shelf product, buying it will get you a better result for less money, and saying so costs us one project but earns the referral.
